Shopping Guide, Instant Delivery & FAQ

Delivery is instant and automated. As soon as your payment is verified by Midtrans, the system immediately allocates your software key, account credentials, file download rights, or dispatches your game top-up request. Notification emails only contain a secure link to your order detail page.

For your security, Pastipro never sends sensitive credentials over plain email because email inboxes can be intercepted or forwarded. All license codes and accounts are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and can only be revealed directly by you on the My Orders page after identity verification.

Each generated download link is valid for 5 minutes (Signed URL). However, as long as your order remains active and unrefunded, you can re-download the file and any included version updates anytime from My Account → File Library.

All transactions on Pastipro are billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the official Midtrans payment gateway. You can pay via QRIS, Bank Virtual Accounts (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Permata, etc.), E-Wallets (GoPay, ShopeePay, DANA), and Credit/Debit Cards. Any USD estimate shown is for informational reference only.

When you click Checkout, product stock is temporarily reserved for your order. If payment is not completed before the timer expires, the order is automatically canceled and stock returns to the catalog. You can simply place a new order if you still wish to purchase.

Enter your voucher code on the Checkout page before making payment. One voucher code applies per order according to active minimum spend and promo quota rules.

Please double-check your User ID and Zone/Server ID on the Checkout confirmation screen before paying. Because top-up orders are dispatched automatically and instantly to the game system, transactions successfully delivered to a wrong ID cannot be reversed. However, if the ID is rejected by the game server (failed), the order will be reviewed for a refund.

Most top-ups complete within seconds to a few minutes. If the game server is experiencing heavy traffic or maintenance, our system automatically tracks and updates the status. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, you can open a Support Ticket from the order page.

Go to My Account → My Orders, select the relevant order, and click Open Support Ticket on the specific item. Include details or screenshots of the issue so our operations team can promptly verify and provide a replacement or resolution.

A refund is granted if stock/top-up delivery fails, or if the product you received is verified to be defective within the warranty period and our team cannot provide a replacement unit. Credentials (keys/accounts) that have already been revealed and work as described are non-refundable.
